Hausla - A 21 day well being program

The objective of this program is to provide support to adults and teachers (specifically), to overcome problems related to stress/anxiety/fear/pressure. 

The program is designed to support individuals to explore and identify tools and practices for personal well-being. 

The program introduces resilience, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills to strengthen personal, interpersonal relationship and professional growth.
