Self-designed learning space where facilitators do projects with the children and culminate into a one day extravaganza to meet stakeholders and share learning

TEACHER COACHING

Focus on Self Assessment, developing their Meta-Cognition and Introducing Social-Emotional Learning

SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (SDP)

Orienting and empowering the school, teachers, community about SDP.

Fellows work on SDP for the year with the teachers, headmasters, community and SMC

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Parent-Teacher Meeting, School Management Committee, participate in Learning Festivals, skill-based requirement to support school

STUDENT LEARNING FACILITATORS

Young Learning Facilitators will identify Student Learning Facilitators from the School who will build a sense of Peer Ownership in the primary grades

YOUNG LEARNING FACILITATORS

Fellows will engage with community to identify motivated young people in the community to transform them into Learning Facilitators
